Aphelios Headliner is ideal, even better if Multi-Talented is in play, otherwise K'Stane is next best so you can get Heartsteel active early game. Aphelios is your main Carry in this build, getting him to 3 stars with the items listed is very powerful! If the Lucky Gloves augment pops up, grab it!If the Lucky Gloves augment pops up, grab it and build as many sets of Thief's Gloves as you can. Focus on building Aphelios and your tanks first. Aphelios with this item build can wreak havoc if he has time to get rolling. Find your 3 cost champs and continue building tank gear. If you have the components for a Last Whisper thrown it on Aphelios, but he'd solid until later in the game with just Guinsoo and Nashor's so tank items are the priority here. Keep building out your tanks until Karthus comes into play, now you want to switch your focus to getting him geared. Dont forget to keep pushing your champs levels, the more 3 star champs you can get into play the better. Once K'Sante and Sett are geared go ahead and build Aphelios a Last Whisper.

Obviously there's very little chance you're ever able to fully build out the items for an entire team, but here's how i would build these champions for this team. Items are listed in order or priority. If you happen to pull the Lucky Gloves Augment, I would put Thief's Gloves on the following champions in the following order; Gnar > Olaf > Mord > Ez > Yorick and try and build out the other champions as normal.
