0 About This Team Comp
Karma and Chrono are both very powerful and surprisingly flexible. The core of this comp usually revolves around hitting 4 Chrono and 4 Preserver in late game, making both Chrono and Preserver Emblems very valuable.
Instead of Rakan you can also run Vex*3 as your main frontline, though she is very contested and will be hard to find. There is also a viable option with a Shapeshifter Frontline, since Karma has a lot of percentage Heal that scales well with them.
Usually you open with Syndra Eldritch setup and rush for Level 8 in early Stage 4. Here you try to find at least one Karma together with whatever Frontline units you managed to upgrade. If you have AD items you can run Katarina/Fiora in mid game and transfer Fiora items on Camille later. Once you're stabilized you can push towards Level 9 and cap out your board with Legendaries like Camille, Morgana and Milio.

Open with 5 Eldritch and use Syndra as item dump for Karma. This is a good comp to aim for if you initially wanted Syndra reroll but decide to pivot out of it.

Rush for Level 8 in early Stage 4. Give tank items to Vex*2 or Rakan and AP items to Karma. Give leftover AD items to Fiora (or Camille if you hit early). can run other Legendaries like Morgana/Milio if you hit them early. If you have Preserver Emblem or no AD item you can ignore Katarina and run Bard instead.

Vex can be main tank if you find her as 3 Star. Karma good with Shojin as well and has Blighting Jewel as best in slot.
