Punks not DEAD!
With this build you want to make sure you activate the Punk Trait asap and use your first roll every round to get the full effect of the trait. Ideally you'll find a Vi Headliner with the Mosher trait for this build otherwise Urgot with an active Mosher trait is your second best choice. Next in line would be Pantheon or Thresh with the Guardian Trait active. Ideally you want to get to level 5 at or just after the first carousel then slow roll at 50+ gold until you're able to 3 star Jinx and Vi, if you're able to get a couple of other champs to 3 stars as well that's a bonus. Please feel free to comment with input or questions and as always if you like this guide please give it a thumbs up! ***One last note if you happen to come across either of the Lucky Gloves or Roll the Dice augments, grab them and build as many sets of Thief's Gloves as you can. Put them on anyone you haven't built items on yet and watch your team become OP*** Also for some reason Pantheon is not registering his Punk trait, but this team runs all 4 of the punks just in case you want to try and get an emblem and go with a punk headliner.

Early Game
Straight up Punks! Like stated above ideally you'll snag a Vi with an active Mosher trait for your headliner. As soon as you have the punk trait active, make sure you are using the 1gold reroll every round so you can buff your punks as much as possible for end game. Quick push to level 5 by the end of the first carousel round then proceed to save until you have 50 gold and slow roll from there. The main focus is 3 staring Jinx, Vi and Pantheon.

Early-Mid Game
Continue to Slow roll at 50 gold but if anyone from your comp pops up in the shop grab them, more than likely you will be able to get all of these champs to at least 2 stars by the time Jinx and Vi are 3 stars. Once you get Jinx and Vi to 3 stars go ahead and quick push to level 8 but try to keep your gold above 30.

Late-Mid Game
Once you get your Vi and Jinx to 3 star and you start your push to level 8 make sure you continue to use your 1 cost shop roll and grab any champs you see from your build. Your focus once you get to level 8 is to again start a slow roll, build your gold back up while you work on getting these 8 into play. If you happen to come across an early Yorick you can drop him in for Cait, but Thresh is going to be a key as he will activate the Country Trait and be your 3rd tank.

Once you get your gold back up push to level 9 but try and keep your gold above 30 so you can roll like crazy if needed to find your Yorick. If you already have him this gold will allow you to roll and try and get Yorick, Cait and Thresh to 2 stars.

Full item builds for all champs
These are the complete builds I would go for, for each of the champs in this build, obviously its not possible to build all these items but just in case you want to build out a different champ here's what I recommend. I also put a regular build for Vi if you don't like the Thief's Gloves route, but I'd say try the gloves! xD
