0 About This Team Comp
You want to build up your economy as much as possible, so you can push for Level 8 in Stage 4-2 and roll down for a Tier 4 Headliner, preferably Ahri or Blitzcrank. Since the comp is so contested you can run into the problem that Ahri can't even appear as a Headliner anymore if you wait too long with your roll down.
In late game depending on your Headliner you can make Adjustments to your board. Sona and Lulu for 5 Spellweaver are usually strong choices. It's also fine to cut back to 4 Sentinels and replace your weaker Sentinels for high value units.

Can open with either Annie or Corki Headliner and run 3 Superfan or Sentinels for strong Stage 2.

Best Case scenario is to find early Ahri, since she is extremely powerful even as 1 Star. Otherwise you can continue to run Superfan Annie Setup and add Ekko/Seraphine/Neeko.

Stage 4
If you had a good early/mid game and managed to save up your gold, you can push for Level 8 in Stage 4-2 and look for Ahri or Blitzcrank (Sentinel) Headliner. If you don't have enough money to roll, you can delay the Level 8 push to Stage 4-5. However, if you wait too long and the comp is contested, you will quickly run into a scenario where you can't even hit Ahri anymore because of Headliner rules.
