Shade Ninja Zed is a TFT team comp created and maintained by DQA_TFT. This team comp is updated to patch 10.24 and is a potential way for you to build your team in Teamfight Tactics.

Roll on 7 for Zed 3, play elise on 7 until you get zilean azir

Keeper Chosen Kennen ( then you can replace Azir with any other 5G you can find).
Shade Chosen Evelynn ( Will be almost as good as Zed)
Chosen Shen ( Mystic/Adept. Each will give you advantage against either Magic or Duelist build).
Everytime I have used this build, along with the options I mentioned above, I have won ( except once where i was 2nd, by the time I could get shen I already had one digit health remaining, and the last opponent had over 60 by the time it was only the 2 of us, and he just had to make sure he gets a single good round), but your point is valid, the probability of getting these is very very low. So, I'd say I have been able to build this for about 15-20% of total games, and while trying to get this viable build, I have been in last 4 for almost 30% of total games.
So basically, you gotta try and get the first build for which you get a chosen out of all the meta builds mentioned.
