You need to either open with the Hero Augment "Siphoning Winds" in Stage 2 or find it with Duelist/LaserCorps in Stage 3. Reroll Yasuo together with Fiora and Supers to 3 Star and position Yasuo on the side so he gets a great ultimate into the enemy frontline.
Very strong if you hit everything, but it does require you to roll down before the Stage 4 Carousel to find Yasuo*3. Since he has no so much sustain from the Augment, put your focus on giving him Titan's Resolve to make him more tanky together with two Damage Items.
