Spellweaving a Dazzling Hyperpop
This build is based around getting the 7x Spellweaver bonus fairly early and using 3 low cost tanks to hold off the other team as you watch your casters go to work. Please feel free to leave a comment with recommendations or questions and as always if you enjoy this guide please give it an up vote.

Early Game
The goal in this build for early game is to get a Spellweaver Headliner, preferably Gragas or Seraphine but Annie will do to just means You'll be dropping your Seraphine instead of your Annie in Late game. I like to build out my Gragas first in this build but if you're getting a bunch of Caster components and not many for tanks build out Seraphine unless Annie is your headliner. I try not to do this unless I get a remover so I can move these items to Sona once she comes into play. Standard level push, get to level 5 the round of the first carousel. Save up after that and try to keep your gold above 40 as you push the rest of your levels. Just want to point out that in most builds with Olaf i would not gear him this way but being he is one of your 3 tanks we're going to try and keep him alive as long as possible over trying to ramp his damage.
Mid Game
Hopefully we where able to find a Spellweaver Headliner in the Early Game phase and are now working on getting our 6 Spellweavers in play so we can get the 7x effect active. Prioritize gearing your tanks as the long they live the better chance you have of soaring to the top of the scoreboard. Again I feel it is most important to gear out your tanks in this build and try to keep them up as long as possible. If you feel the need to gear your carry's I'd go with Seraphine and Ahri and then transfer Seraphine's items to Sona once she comes into play. Try and push your levels as fast as you can while maintaining at least 40 gold, I try and keep my gold at 50 and at the start of a new round spend gold on experience until I'm back to 50 and then buy whatever champions are available that fit my build do to 40 gold.
End Game
Once you reach level 8 go a head and save your gold for a fast 9 push, only buy champs that are close to 3 star or are 4 costs or higher in your build. If you happen to find a Sona on level 8 replace your Annie with her unless she is your headliner then replace Seraphine in that case. Otherwise get to level 9 and drop replace which ever one with Sona once you find her. If you find the game to be carrying on and you're able to push to level 10 I'd drop in either an Illaoi or Lucian, I prefer the Illaoi as she gives your team another tank. Lucian will activate the Jazz trait for this team and increase your whole teams hp by 2% and dmg by 1%. *** For Sona's ability I prefer to go with Ethereal as Concussive is pretty much already handled by the Spellweaver effect bonus and I dont feel the Kinetic spell is very viable for this build.***Â
Also Ziggs in far right corner can be his death trap, almost lost one round due to being blocked by bard & ahri.
