This comp likely won't exist long, so if you are looking to gain some free LP now is your chance. The reworked Shen Augment "Time Knife" will grant him True Damage based on his Armor value, so you can run 6 Defender with multiple Shen to oneshot your opponent's frontline.
Please note that Shen currently DOES NOT HEAL FROM HIS TRUE DAMAGE. Building items like Bloodthirster/Gunblade etc. is useless on him!

Stage 2
Doesn't require a specific opener for Stage 2. If you find an early Jax you can run a Brawler / Defender mix since he makes good use out of Rapidfire Cannon. The only important is that you have Defender trait active in Stage 3-1 so you can roll for the Shen Augment.

Best case scenario is to hit the Shen Augment "Time Knife" in Stage 3-2, then you can commit on this comp. Run 4 Defender with double Shen. Use Protector's Vow to give Shen full Mana at start of the fight.

Stage 4
If you didn't the Shen Augment in Stage 3-2 you still have a chance to hit it in Stage 4-2, but going for this is quite risky and can backfire. Your goal in Stage 4 is to push for Level 7 and run 6 Defender with Double Shen to maximize your damage for the Augment.

Stage 5+
At this point you can choose if you want to include Mecha Prime for Garen or run more Shen or other utility units. You are running a lot of melee units at this point, so unless you have Scoped Weapons your units might block the additional Shen.
