True Sentinels Patch 13.24

Early Game

Look for a K'Sante Sentinel Headliner, if Lillia pops up with the Sentinel trait active you can go this way too, but K'Sante is preferred. Work on getting all of your champs to 2 stars or better and start gearing out your carries. If you find you're pulling a lot of tank components, I would build out K'Sante first as he stands up well throughout all phases. Push to level early and try and hit level 5 within a combat round of the first Carousel. Then start saving gold and working on getting your econ above 30gold before pushing to 6.

Alt Early Game - Garen

If you are not seeing a lot of Lillia's pop up in your shops and you have a Garen feel free to sub him in, but do not sell the Lillia. Continue to try and level her as you work on your Garen as she is a good place holder if you have trouble finding one of the champs you're looking for later.

MiD Game

You want to hit level 6 around 3-4 but try to make sure you're keeping your gold above 20. Keep pushing your current in play champs and try to get them close to 3 stars. Dont forget to grab Ekko and Mord and start working on getting them to 2 stars. Continue focusing on building items for your carries and again I would put any tank overflow items on K'Sante. Side note in my opinion tossing a Titan's on Mord can go a long ways so if you have the components and dont need them for one of your carries builds toss Mord a bone.

Alt MiD Game - Garen

Late Game

At this point in the game try to keep you gold above 40, it's ok to drop below while pushing to level 9 but other than that do your best to keep that gold up. Push to level 7 by 4-1, level 8 around 4-5 so you can get to level 9 early round 5. You should be able to get a couple of your champs 3 stared by the time you hit level 9. From level 7-9 you want to focus on building out Aphelios and Senna, set aside components to build Akali and Qiyana at least the Hands of Justice. As soon as you drop Qiyana into play you want to have a completed item on her so that she can drop components for you. Once your carries are geared and Qiyana and Akali have at least one item each feel free to build out your tanks. Tank priority: K'Sante > Blitzcrank > Ekko > Mord > Lillia/Garen

This is what I feel is the next best set of items for each champion for this specific team build. Remeber you are getting most of your tank buffs from the Sentinel buff so I tend to focus on HP and HP regen items. Champs like Mord and Garen would also be good to build out some dmg items just to boost your DPS.
