This team comp is part of a tier list by BunnyMuffins. He is a TFT player who has reached Challenger twice and who makes great video guides on his Youtube Channel! This builds creates a carry in Cassiopeia and makes for a hard-to-kill comp. I've used this to climb in the lower ranks to great success.
Ideal Vanguard mystic comp
Cassiopeia is carry. Her items are required to make good use of this comp, while one can put either a 
Rabadon's Deathcap or maybe even a Guardian Angel if they have some way of shutting her down. You usually want to place Leona in the corner, but this of course depends on the other players' setup.
