Multicaster are currently very powerful and even with a recent nerf they should not be underestimated. The overall goal of this comp is to rush for Level 7 and slow roll your interest for Velkoz*3 and Sona*3. You can also pick up Galio*3 and Swain*3 on the way for more frontline.
You can itemize Sona as your secondary Carry, but make sure you have at least on Statikk Shiv or Ionic Spark for Magic Pen. If you can't find Galio*3 you can give the tank items to Jarvan (or Swain*3) instead. Both Sona and your Frontline are good options for the Radiant Item from the Demacia trait.
