Personally, I never really paid much attention to LPL, but not because I didn't want to watch it, but because accessing LPL was so difficult. For Americans, the time the stream was up was incredibly inconvenient, and the real nail in the coffin was the fact that it was only broadcasted in Chinese.

However, starting this year, LPL will be brought to the West with a full English stream. This particular stream will be brought to you straight from Riot's offices in Sydney, Australia. While all the casters that will be there is still up in the air, what can be confirmed is that 'Atlus', the man that casts Oceanic Pro League and also assisted with the 2014 NA LCS Promotion Tournament.

LPL has more talent this year than it ever has, so let's take a look at the rosters:

Images taken from the Chinese LPL website., cropped by Liquid Legends.

As you can see, the amount of talent in LPL is immense, and competition is sure to be fierce with many former teammates, including many from World Champions Samsung White and the sister team Samsung Blue, will battle it out against each other in the LPL.

LPL will kick-off on Thursday, January 15 on 9:00pm PST/Friday, January 16 on 6:00 CET with the following matches:

    WE vs IG
    Snake vs GT
    EP vs LGD
    EDG vs King

Regular season matches of LPL will be live on:

    Thursdays 9:00pm PST / Fridays 6:00 CET/ Fridays 13:00 CST
    Fridays 9:00pm PST / Saturdays 6:00 CET/ Saturdays 13:00 CST
    Saturdays 9:00pm PST / Sundays 6:00 CET/ Sundays 13:00 CST

Conversation Starters:
Will you be watching the LPL?
Which team do you believe has the most promising chances at winning LPL, perhaps even Worlds?
Who are you most excited to see play?

Didn't Royal Club get Ackerman back? I don't really see a reason why they should field Cola, except synergy. Are the champions under a player what they played in soloq? If it is, please give us those amazing picks Deft.

These are starting line-ups. They can be interchanged at will. LGD for example, has both Looper AND Flame, and in their recent Reddit AMA, they said that they will put in whoever they feel will be better in the match-up. I'm confident that SHRC will do the same if the time calls.

And yes, the champions underneath are their best champions.

EDIT: Whoops, Flame and Acorn, my bad.

They will be using Acorn for most part though. At least on China talk they said that so hes pretty much Starter. Im pretty sure they know there stuff they were people who Did English Lpl before riot took it over.

It's really strange seeing basically all the former Samsung lineup in China and on different teams to boot.

Two BAKAs in this Snake team? :D

Seems like OMG can be the greatest threat now even though EDG and Royal are still strong.
If I would just know the other players I'd say LGD also has got a great lineup ^^

OMG is considered a super team for China similar to Alliance. Difference is they have pretty much the best in every role besides support. Alliance is sort of but there top and support and not really best in there region and you could even argue shook is not best jungler.

This list seem accurate the one thing i was surprised to find out is how poorly Dade team is doing maybe he should of just went to C9.

Vici gaming you think would be really good with Dandy and Mata but im not sure i dont know about there top and mid but everyone seems to say they have weakish solo laners and if they do well it will be on back of dandy and mata.

1. EDG
2. OMG
3. LGD
4. King
5. SHRC
6. VG
7. iG
8. WE
9. M3
10. EP
11. GT
12. Snake
