Teemo is really strong when level 6, if the player who is controlling him places his mushrooms in correct spots at the correct times, it can decide the outcome of a fight, it's like warding in that sence that you have to ward places where you expect fights to happen, the same thing applies to his mushrooms. Teemo has sadly a very weak state at the moment, in a competitive sense. Proffesional teams don't want to have a teemo toplane because teemo isn't so great as a tank or a bruiser, midlane is also bad because many champions just dominate him and he becomes an easy target. Botlane is not an option, not even teemo support (teemo support is pretty strong though) or teemo adc is good. As a jungle? Nah, he doesn't have the same power other junglers have. He would be considered in my opinion at best tier-3 (because he requires a better understanding of the game and a higher skill cap to be played at the most half of the success that other junglers have), because he has a really weak early game and pretty weak ganks unless it's a counter gank, because his damage can be pretty sick. He doesn't have any strong cc that could lock down an opponent, he doesn't have the fear that fiddles has or the knockup that J4 has with his swagflag. But playing him in soloQ or in normals is always fun, I love the blind he has.[/quote]
