[CHAMPION IDEA] Wolverine - The Savage Mutant

When Wolverine exits combat he regenerates health over several seconds, scaling off of how much fury he has and how long he had been in combat (up to a cap). Active: Wolverines attack speed is increased and the bleed from his passive is doubled. E: Crescent Strike Wolverine slices everything in a cone in front of him, dealing damage to all enemies hit and knocking them back slightly. Champions hit are knocked back further. R: Bloodlust When Wolverine reaches 100 fury he can activate Bloodlust. Bloodlust increases his damage, attack speed and movement speed. Movement speed bonus is increased when running towards bleeding champions. Additionally, each time Wolverine is hit by a champion his health regeneration is tripled.
