Thank your for the comments jokersprank. First, when I say scale hard, I am referring to the AP ratio affecting his primarily used spells. His Q may have a 0.6 scaling, but his other basic abilities which can be dodged don't, so I think he does better with CDR and magic pen than with straight power, hence why I don't immediately recommend.

I've looked wiki up and all his scalings are reasonable [Q+(60% AP), W+(25%+37.5% AP), E+(50% AP), R+(60% AP)]. I think Rabadon's Deathcap shouldn't be situational. With this item you shoot up your AP up to 800/900 and this is a lot you could miss out by not buying it. Couldn't you consider this as 4th or 5th item instead of last? Last item is for me an item that is built according to the enemy team like Void or a defensive item.

In your cheat sheet you could put something like an example build because if someone sees your guide, he will see morellos, tier 1 boots, liandry's and zhonya's hourglass as build.

Use some pictures nobody likes to read just walls of text :3 And it's easier to read for new players if you use some BBC coding.
They don't know what Q does, write rather Plasma Fission. The tooltip says what the ability does and it's more clearer and looks nicer.

W max is good for clearing waves but yes Q is overall better for poke and harass.
