What's confusing? E is a tunnel that's useful for getting around the map and helping the jungler with ganks, so they don't get a whole lot of exp from the lane if they use it a lot. So, to compensate and not have them be level 1 all game, they get a little free EXP from picking up their things. They also get a little bot of power from it with the little wisp things they use as an attack.

I think this is a champion worth experimenting in PBE. There is much more to the champion than meets the eye (that's how I feel at least). Especially the E is really interesting and I want to try out it's possibilities.

I think the entire point of him is to roam and personal laning phase be damned. That's why they recommend Caitlyn, cause she can survive on her own for the most part.
