The rules are there for a reason, and if you know why the rules are there, then you know the circumstances in which the rules can be bent. The 200 wins threshold was put in place so that the people in the inhouse would at least have an idea of how to play the game. The level 13 was mastrer1000's smurf. He definitely has more than enough knowledge of how to play the game. I can assure you on his main he probably has well over 200 wins. I wouldn't turn him away because he didn't meet the wins threshold, just like how I wouldn't turn you away, if for whatever reason your main account got banned and you had to play on your level 13 smurf. We're not dogs. We don't need to blindly follow rules[/quote]
