When is the appropiate moment to choose bullet time build? can you give an advice about its build path?

Great build, I began playing Miss Fortune when I was low level, now nearly reaching level 30, I used a very similar build to this following this strategy!

What build do you recommend if I'm against very strong adc or two very strong adcs without support (the two adcs without support)?

Is a good choice since it gives you even more speed? what ad item should it replace?

My friend is a support main who loves Morg so when we play I always pick MF and end up being most of my teams kills I'm not saying your choices were not right I'm just saying that you should really include some of these guys in despite the lack of AOE. Just a minor thing to think about for all those players out there with a smaller pool to work with.

Good point! The section itself is just a general idea of what works well with her and what hurts her. Thanks for pointing it out, I'll have to change the wording a bit ^^

> Thanks, it's always great to hear so. Personally, I think is extremely situational on her still, it has potential, but not enough to be really core on her. The hp, ad, and cdr bonuses are neat. The movement speed on hit is great on her. Unfortunately, its buildpath is just trashy on an ADC imo and is more cheap + quickly effective (flat % pen w/out having to build up stacks). Otherwise, I think it's okay and could really shine in a heavy AD comp ( + is scary.)
