What exactly is 'high elo'

Since Silver contains the majority of people, then you could use that as the 'average' baseline, meaning Gold is only 'above average' but by no means high (or at least, it can be interpreted that way). If we're talking in terms of guides, I would not say that Gold is high Elo at all. In checking a fair number of Gold guides, there are still many errors and misinformation to be found, especially in comparison to Plat and higher. I'm actually only tempted to place Diamond+ as high Elo, but for the purpose of writing a guide, I guess Platinum is fine.[/quote]
