Nobody harasses anyone else. There's a huge difference between teasing a friend and harassing a stranger. You don't know me, I don't know you. That makes us complete strangers.
The only difference between a referee and a regular person is the title. A normal person can host inhouse games. A normal person and the referee gets the same rewards. Referees don't ban people, people get themselves banned.
Here is what you can do;

My bad I used the bad word. I"teased" but you didn't take it so I'm banned, if this would of been anybody else it would be over. But since you tease anyone but can't get teased back you get your friend to ban me. And again where are the proofs of that "harassment"

Yes you said admins don't ban people we do it ourselves where is your proof. That's like going to the judge mam he killed someone believe me he did but I can't prove it
