Hey, I really liked your guide ! It's so in-depth and it really did help me play and understand Cassiopeia better. I love your layout too. Cassiopeia is such a fun champion and I don't know why I didn't pick her up sooner ! (fun fact: I had a guy flame me once bc I didn't have boots at 20min. as cassiopeia...)

Hello, thank you for the kind words! I briefly mention in the guide that Sorcery/Domination with Taste of Blood/Cheap Shot and Ravenous Hunter is definitely a really viable option. Domination/Sorc with Dark Harvest is also being used quite effectively

Thoughts on the domination secondary. I see alot of ppl are running it but more often than not I find lack of mana and thus wave control to be an issue. I feel like domination secondary would be more of an assassin counter setup but I want to hear your thoughts on it. Also any tips on proper minion demo usage?

Can I go electrocute on Cass?

Hey I was wondering about the build path. Should I go off the items you have posted at the top of the page and ignore the notes and item section? I say that bc the both mention items you don't have listen (namely ROA). Also in the notes it say tear into ROA before AA staff. Should I just build them in the order the graphic shows? Tear into AA staff then Rylal's into Morello?

The meta changes so frequently that I just haven't gotten to update the notes in the item section. However, I DO frequently update the build at the top of the page, go with that one! And yes, I have them in correct build order, but always use your own judgment! If you are getting one shotted, you may consider building rylais before upgrading to AA staff for example

Thanks for the quick reply. I have one more question (at this point). When do you usually weave your aa into combos? You first thought would be between my e but I feel like that could result in the poison running out before I land all three e's.

First, thanks for writing this guide. You did an excellent job, and I think a lot of your ideas make sense and are spot on! I did have a question about a few items, especially related to mobility. As you note, mobility is pretty important for Cass, as she has to maintain distance and be shifting in and out of range to fight. Obviously items are situational, but would you ever consider running Spellbinder, Hextech Rocketbelt, or Twin Shadows on her? I feel like Spellbinder would be really good, it has tons of AP, some MS, and its active can let you escape, unexpectedly duel someone, or give you a bit of burst without taking away sustained damage. The other two, while they won't give you as much damage as some items, still give you decent damage and some mobility (and slows for the shadows) that help keep you safe. What are your thoughts? If you would consider these items, when, and what would you replace for them?

I think all three of these are definitely viable options, with spellbinder and hextech being amazing options when you need burst + mobility. I'm not a huge fan of twin shadows because I feel like I waste the CD stats, but I have definitely bought it before when I needed to peel for myself!

Have you ever tried/considered Hextech Gunblade on Cassi with Taste of Blood and Raveneous hunter ?
With full items (Rylai, Void, Rab, Liandry, Seraph) Hextech Gunblade and Taste of Blood healed in average 190 hp on hit (Q+E). And that's Raveneous hunter was not in place (can't have 5 bots in practice tool).
And as a bonus Gunblade helps to kite and chase enemies.

Hi, great guide, the only thing I'm wondering is if I really should buy Rod and Seraphs, some people told me that it's better to get only one of those and preferably seraphs becuase you already get so much mana from that, what's your opinion about that?

Xavier Senori (3) | July 14, 2018 2:04pm
I actually agree with you, RoA is a bit out of favor right now, most people just go seraphs, I will update the guide soon to reflect this, thanks!

Hey, you should switch Oracle's Lens to Oracle Lens in your vision section. Guide looks great by the way. :)
