Flickr is honestly the best site I know of currently for finding high quality wallpapers. And that's a site mainly dedicated to photography.

Wallhaven has pretty good quality, top-notch on some, decent on others.
Simpledesktops on the other hand seems to have pretty much only PNG files! Flat wallpapers like that would look like **** with JPG compression, so it's great that they're mindful of that and use lossless compression.
