About buying skins; Just ask yourself what you play the most. Do you mainly play Ez? Go buy an Ez skin. Do you mainly play Udyr? Go buy an Udyr skin. Do you play a little bit of everything? Then spread out your monies

I wouldn't recommend buying champs with RP, but rune pages cost a hell of a lot of IP, and having a greater variety of pages can make your climbing experience easier.
If you want to spend it on skins, I'd spend it on cheaper skins rather than legendary skins, as you'll probably get more use out of them that way, unless you intend to become a diehard Udyr main after buying SGUdyr.

Well, I have 3 skins for 3 champions.
These 3 are my "main" champions if you will and I pretend I know how to play them (+ I have lots of fun playing them), which is why I bought the skins. You should ask yourself what are your strongest picks or who do you enjoy playing and if you have that figured out, you can buy skins. Ultimate skins seem like a waste to me, because 1: with the price of one, you could get 10 and 2: I don't really like any of the 3 ultimate skins. But it is utterly your decision.
