I've been trying it for a few games and so far it has been working pretty well. I'd get rageblade -> boots -> vampiric scepter -> hurricane -> bloodthirster. It seems like this build path is stronger when it comes to early (due to your ability to get easy rend stacks onto enemies), and all you sacrifice is a bit of early lifesteal and the active from bork.

After reading through this and watching the videos I managed to play a lot safer while still doing pretty good on lane.
Teamfights still are trouble for me because I rarely play against 5 Champs I already know ^^
Since I still barely know anything about LoL I read everything and came across some little errors:
In the Masteries - Cunning part there's a type at Secret Stash(Seret Stash) and Savagery links to Rengars skill :P Same thing happens in Resolve with Perseverance(Garen)
And you should add Cassiopeia as a "threat", because many people nowadays use "new" CASS as SP to counter Kalista, using her W to slow and ground you (you can't jump in the toxic cloud).
First of all, I must say I admire all of the effort put into your guide to help us noob out there (silver iv talking here :)) Upvote for wonderful guide, build and those little tricks with dash through the wall. Its simply pure awesomeness.
Lately with the appearance of patch 6.9, I have been trying a Kalista build consists of Runaan and the new Rageblade, kinda get some success out of it. However it maybe because of the low elo im playing in, so i just want to ask if it is, to an extend, an effective build, also why and why not. If yes, i should build them before of after BoRK?

I can't tell you if the new rageblade is good on her yet, because I need to test it first :D
But if u want to build it, i recommend you to build it after bork.
I'd like to mention that as of 6.9, Grievous Wounds affects all healing now, so the part about Mortal Reminder (and Executioner's Calling) not working on Soraka is no longer true. Overall though, this is a great guide :)
