Champion Suggestion: Bellion, The Arcane Wielder

Bellion is an AP Brawler champion best laned on the top lane. His basic attacks are merely considered as AP based Magic damage. His abilities greatly improves his survivability on its role and creates an illusive combos as well.

(##) per level gain of the champion in stats

STATS:
HP= 625 (84)
HP regen= 6.4 (0.70)/5 secs.
Mana= 320 (45)
Mana Regen= 4.7 (0.48)/5 secs.
Mellee= 200
Attack Damage= 64 (2.89)
Attack Speed= 0.683 (1.96%)
Armor= 28.794 (3.57)
Magic Armor= 35 (1.07)

Passive: Arcane Focus

-Bellion's basic attacks turns into Magic Damage based on his AP and AD.
Magic Damage= (0.4/0.5/0.6/0.7/0.8*AP) + (1.0/0.9/0.8/0.6/0.5*AD) in levels 1/5/9/11/15

Q- Active: Orbital Force

-Activate and target a location to create a magical wave that acts like a boomerang that goes back to Bellion dealing magic damage and slows enemies by 30% for 4 secs., at first the wave will move at slower rate as it reaches it's point and goes back to Bellion.

-the wave's speed will be faster when it travels back.
-The boomerang goes from right to left

-Damage= 40/80/120/160/200 + (0.8*AP)
-Max Range= 800
-Mana= 50/60/70/80/90

W- Active: Aurora Field

-Instantly creates a field of arcane magic around where Bellion stands. Enemies around will take 50/70/90/110/130 + (0.6*AP) + (0.4*AD). And grants Bellion a sheild when an enemy champion is hit. 20/60/100/140+ (.5*AP) to block incoming damage and cc until the sheild is gone. When Bellion goes outside the field the sheild is also lost.

-Mana= 95
-The field lingers for 3 secs

E- Arcane Edge/Arcane Pierce

Passive: Arcane Edge- Causes Bellion to passively create a syphoning force through his blade granting SpellVamp per hit or using abilities.

Active: Arcane Pierce- Activate to make all damage done by Bellion to ignore 20% of Magic Armor for 10 secs. Also increases Bellion's attack speed by 20%/30%/40%/50%/60%

-SpellVamp= 2%/3%/4%/5%/6% + ((1.0*AD + 1.0*AP)÷80)
-Cooldown= 25 secs.
-Mana= 100

-Causes the Passive to be lost after the duration of Arcane Pierce until it's cooldown is finished.

R- Magnum Isle

-Bellion focuses his Arcane force into a single power in his arms creating an Arcane Gun. Everytime he uses his abilities or attacks an enemy his arcane strength is charged inside this gun. As it's charges increases it's damage also increases.

-Creates 2/3/4 Charges when dealing damage with abilities and Auto Attacking. Capped at 15/25/35 Stacks. Each Charges grants (0.05*AP) Magic Damage.
-Using this Ability will consume all charges.

Range- 800
Cooldown-3 secs.
Mana- 250
