Then you say NA > EU, but based on what facts? IEM Katowice? Yeah right. Gambit was 5:5 at the time and SK was already exposed. Clearly, they were difficult to beat. IEM San Jose? Alliance had acquired Rekkles, still needing time to adjust. TSM, who also had a new player, lost to a ROOKIE TEAM THAT HAD JUST QUALIFIED. Are Season 2 and Season 3 irrelevant? EU finished top 4 both times, and had 2 teams top 4 in S2, NA only got top 8 THROUGH DRAWS OR THROUGH SEEDING.
So, clearly IEM holds more value than Season 2, Season 3 and Season 4 Worlds (where EU underperformed but NA still got crushed by Samsung) and MSI. If we talk about MSI Everyone Else > NA > Beşiktaş.

Neither S1 nor S4 are relevant. What really matters is how teams are going to perform at worlds. We've seen EU and NA choke at World Tournaments throughout history, S4 worlds and MSI respectively. Those past affairs are irrelevant right now however, what matters is right now, and if you really think that the quality of play that any NA team demonstrates is better than Fnatic's, and the quality of individual talent in NA is better than demonstrated in Fnatic, then I really can't change your mind, because obviously you've fallen so deep into the abyss of bias that speaking to you would be similar to using sign language with a blind person.
EU has a world class competitor RIGHT NOW, which has been acknowledged by both Faker and Marin recently, where as NA has... Uh... Fnatic this year and Fnatic last year are different teams. Heck, Fnatic this split is different to the Fnatic last split. As I recall, Fnatic had a very shakey first place finish last split, where as they completely rolled over any team this split. The only factors that I could see impacting Fnatic's ability to perform is the lack of individual experience on a world stage from Huni, Reignover and Febiven, or a complete stroke of bad luck, such as Alliance's run last year.
