He's up there on my top 5 as well. I'm actually pretty stoked for the upcoming new items for Bruiser items. Titanic Hydra has what we get the Ravenous hydra for (Waveclear and damage) while removing what is redundant and adding health instead. Steraks Gage could also be cool for him, and Dead Man's plate helps him get into the fray easier.

Minus Akali and Kat, they're my go-to champions and in favorite order. I just can't say no to the crushing burst damage and mobility that Riven has.
