Last time you saw Cassiopeia

Her ult's very hard to pull off but she's a good harasser / laner. I do feel like she's UP, but honestly I would play her and try to get better with her if she wasn't freaking 6300 IP :P There's just other champs I'd rather buy / play with that much IP... One of those to times was me, when I was level 12 or so. I did very well, but her ultimate never seemed to work when they were facing me.[/quote]
