I haven't played the shooters through but I just searched around for a bit and it looks like this is the second time that the inside of a vault has been shown, and the first time there's a chest like that in there (the shooters are more about the monsters that come out of it), so I think we'll indeed have to wait for a season two if we ever want to know :-/ I hope you're right on the sequel. I'm afraid it won't be with the same characters though, an Atlas big shot and an established vault hunter aren't exactly the most interesting characters for a Telltale game. Especially Rhys kind of lost all his interesting qualities during the series IMO.[/spoiler][/quote]

I don't know if anything great can be pulled off using them, but I'm pretty sure that if it is possible, telltale can do it. I don't see why they would make a brand new game in the same universe with completely new characters though, especially since this game kind of ended on a cliffhanger.[/quote]

To be honest, I didn't think the ending was bad at all (assuming you picked that option and not the save Chloe one), but the episode itself was irredeemable in my eyes after that stupid 40+ minute long nightmare part. Even disregarding the nightmare I just think the game itself became bad in my eyes because it ended up centering around Chloe, who I didn't even like. I felt like it didn't matter how I felt at all and like I couldn't make any choice until the last 3 minutes of the game. I was ready to sacrifice Chloe 2 minutes into the 5th episode because I didn't like her anyway and I didn't think messing around with time for 2 hours just to try and save her was worth it, but who cares what I want haha![/spoiler] [spoiler=nightmare stuff]Yeah someone on reddit said that the same effect could have been made in half the time, though I feel like 10 minutes or less would be enough too. I really really hated the nightmare bit and it was really hard to appreciate it at all while I was playing. It just felt so ridiculous... I hate it when in games you have to run from someone and avoid being seen, and there was one bit in the nightmare where you literally were only doing that for like 15 minutes and that was so stressful for me and frustrating.[/spoiler][/quote]

Not everyone is completely up to speed on the game, or can pay attention that fast. Or they might just be a new player. This helps the E-sports appeal to more people and get them to play the game. I mean, sure it's not useful for the vet player, but it's definitely helpful for other people.[/quote]
