It's probably not just you. But I think it's kinda better this way. There's no min/maxxing masteries anymore really. Just pick for whatever role you're gonna do. I like it.

Deaths dance could be really good on duelists that have sustain. I'm thinking adcs as well because it reduces burst, and a champ like aatrox or olaf who already thrive on long sustain fights.
The more i think about this item the more i think that it might ridiculous. You basically increase anyones health by 20% provided they can sustain up.
