Gangplank and Janna both have a joke where they'll start to speak like they did in their old voices, then cough or clear their throat before going back to normal. ( Janna's version is actually in her old VO, while Gangplank's is an imitation of the old.)

Gangplank: Yar ha har argh-! *coughs* ...had something in my throat.

Janna: Say hello to the winds of- *coughing* ...I don't know what came over me!

I didn't know of them. I knew Janna coughs in one of her lines but I didn't realize it was to do with her old voice.

On that note, Nidalee once had a secret passive that gave nearby lower level champions extra XP. You know, because she's a cougar.

Speaking of hidden passives, Leona deals 1 less damage to every single champion wearing sunglasses (commando skins and such...).
Nunu & Willump will drop two souls for Damnation.
Shen has a passive called Flippin' Ninja, that says "This unit is a flippin' ninja!".
Volibear gets an extra 11 gold whenever he kills Zilean (Zilean gets 10 if he kills Voli).

Shen's passive is also there for Kennen, Akali and probably Zed, and it supposedly gives them -1 hp for each other ninja in their team (because ninjas work alone).
