I personally think the mana regen feels crappier which sucks for some champs, but the movement speed is actually great for [[elise]], [[diana]], [[fiddlesticks]] and should be ok on [[evelynn]]. In terms of burst, Runeglaive offered a bit more IMO, but now junglers like [[fizz]] can go back to building [[lich bane]], which actually scales with AP. TL;DR: better for ganking due to ms, worse for dueling early game due to lack of constant [[sheen]] procs, mana regen sux a bit.
