In terms of burst, Runeglaive offered a bit more IMO, but now junglers like [[fizz]] can go back to building [[lich bane]], which actually scales with AP. TL;DR: better for ganking due to ms, worse for dueling early game due to lack of constant [[sheen]] procs, mana regen sux a bit.
