lifesteal not stacking.

Elixir of wrath isn't quite lifesteal - it's a little bit better, since it heals you based on the damage you deal, rather than just auto attacks. That means that spells that deal AD damage like [[volley]] will heal you for 10% of the damage dealt, instead of just autoattacks healing you.[/quote]
