this guide is AMAZING, the last game I played I went 9/1(and thats because I got focused by all 5 players with little backup)/12 or 14 and Galio is a tank and a support, the 2 types that aren't built to be killing machines like Veigar or Kassadin, +1 from me :)

Amumu has been buffed since this guide was released. At the time it was written he was much weaker. At this point they are pretty even, the advantage to galio being his strong lane presence and harass, while Amumu can jungle and gank.

How dare you underestimated my Amumu? The price is not important for the power, like annie is better than orianna and so on. There are no limit in playing tanks, just don't say in you guide that amumu is interior to galio please.

This guide really helped me out when I played Galio for the very first time. Very effective guide!

Im just a level 21 noob who picked Galio up from free to play champs because in your guide your runes were similar to the ones I own, (damn expensive runes) but for the first time ever I got the chance to solo mid without some Ashe having a fit and it went exactly as you described it.

Up against Vayne Galios abilities were just better, my Righteous Smite was taking out entire thirds of her health and when she would tumble or get close to a silver arrow I would just bulwark and be healed! Or at least minimal damage, leaving her out of place for another smite from me :).

Im on a 7 win streak with Galio and I really have to give you props because the laning, the items, specifically the chalice, randuin's oman, and abysal secpter, all work exactly how you explained them for Galio. I love to do a Galio ult with a Fiddlesticks or Panthon ult :P ooooh so much fun! Im totally Galio smiten and going to purchase him for keeps soon.

That's kinda what I say in my end game items. Frozen Heart is really good late game because your ulti isn't for the damage, it's for the CC. And when you have that you ulti on max CD you drop that thing all the time. Also, I usually keep my chalice until I have 5 completed items. From there I'll sell it and buy something else, but until then I usually keep it.
