Hey thanks for you input! I am still working on fleshing out the details of the guide, particularly the matchups and other bits about how to play Annie really well but thanks for your tips about masteries and runes and stuff, I appreciate the advice!

I would like to remind you of what an in-depth guide is. It's a guide that teaches you the deep mechanics that each champion has (Even tough Annie's are not all that deep), a good description on runes and masteries, why you take them, other options, etc. You list 4 core items, in which Rabadon's Deathcap and Morellonomicon show up. You include deathcap in only one build (the heavy ad team I think). Perhaps more situational context should be explained.
Why do you take for cunning tier 4 Bandit instead of Dangerous Game ? The second seems more useful for Annie
Try expanding your matchups section, what you have there doesn't cover the mid lane at all.
A last advise, try polishing your guide's coding. Adding interesting banners, images, columns, etc is a good idea.
