I have heard that he is awkward to use as a jungler due to the range of his passive forcing an odd kiting pattern to clear. Like
Ziggs trying to leash monsters through his mine field.
The flying is incedible! I can see so many opportunities with it. I wonder how he'll fare in the jungle

and in regards to Ao Kuang, Currently, Ao kuang is a magical assasin dragon but he used to be a dragon with kukulkan's kit, they just decided to he is better off being a magical assasin.

I don't think so since Lich Bane requires you to cast a spell, while his passive only seems to proc on-hit spell effects.
