1) Is Dynamic queue making it too easy to climb?
After being in stuck in silver for 3 seasons, I am gold --- and got their easily. I feel confident I will be platinum this season. As long as I get jungler, my team has a very good statistical chance of winning.

2) Is Dynamic queue disguising players real skill level?
Right now LoL says I am a gold 4. But if I was forced to play adc, mid, or support I wouldn't be this high.
Again, I will probably be platinum and get a fancy border --- but it is disguising serious flaws in my game that the old method wouldn't allow.

3) I assume there are Diamond 1 specialists out there like me. Thinking about pro teams --- they are all specialists. Is anyone really a "Master" level LoL player , or are all the higher ranked players just specialists who found a niche.
I used to care about KDA, now I care about CS and Objectives.

1) For some people it's easier, but too easy? No, why would it be? You still have to outperform the enemy on your role, and the enemies will also be better (because they main their roles just like you do).

2) No because as you progress in one role you also learn skills that apply to other roles. Of course, you may still suck at ADC because you haven't practised the champs/learned the lane matchups but your general mechanics and game sense are generally up to par (unless you're a major OTP)

3) Depends on the player. The best players in the world can adapt no matter what the patch, and a lot of master players are there because they are good at the game in general. However, there also are players that got there with one certain champion/playstyle - just like you said found a niche that fits them and 'exploited' that.

1) People who played ranked in more than 2 roles weren't benefited by dynamic queue, while people who hard-mained one or two roles (or those guys who refused to play support) got a great boost in their climbing. It's probably not the only reason why you could climb so easily but it may have to do with that.

2) IDK, it depends on your definition of "real skill level".

What Vyn says is true though, if you only know your roles you'll reach a point where not knowing stuff from other roles will be the reason you lose. As a jungler, knowing which matchups have an upper hand, which need an early gank, which need a camp on their lane, etc. can be the difference between a win and a lose.

3) Again, what do you mean by "Master" level LoL player? I'd say anyone in the master tier would be a master-level LoL player, but I'm guessing that's not what you meant. It probably depends on the player, but having (2) in account, they'll need to have some baseline knowledge of every role that's probably higher than your average plat player.
