Well 2 out of your 3 games were queueing with OTG who got support, meaning he's either queueing as fill or support secondary. If the system figures queue times will be faster by giving you jungle and OTG support, it'll give him support, it doesn't care about primary/secondary unless the roles work out either way (e.g. if a team has someone with primary jung secondary supp and someone with primary supp secondary jung), which is when it prioritizes giving you your primary role.
Supports almost always get support because very few other people queue for it, if you're dynamic queueing with another support main/frequent support player then you're going to get it a lot less than you would expect a support main to get their role.
If you're tri queueing and 2 of you want to play 1 specific role and your 3rd doesn't mind too much what he plays, you can kinda cheat the system a lil. For example if you and Nick both wanted bot lane and OTG doesn't mind going top or mid or whatever, you can go support primary ADC secondary, and Nick can go ADC primary support secondary, and 100% of the time you will both get your roles. In duo queue it doesn't work since it demands that you have a wider variety of roles rather than just two roles between two people, but if you have a 3rd (OTG) and he queues as neither support nor ADC, then you and Nick 100% guarantee getting your desired roles and OTG plays one or the other of his two selected roles.
It doesn't have to be done with just ADC and support, it can be any combination so long as the 3rd takes two completely different roles. And if Nick is the one that doesn't mind where he plays but OTG wants top lane if he can't support or something like that, then you and OTG queue as support/top and top/support and Nick queues as mid/adc or whatever he wants.
That trick really isn't as important for support mains though, really you just need to make sure that whoever you're queueing with isn't also queueing as support/fill, since otherwise most of the time you're the only person on your team with support on primary/secondary because people don't want to default onto support every time they pick fill/support secondary. Queues basically pop as soon as matchmaking finds 2 people queueing as support/fill since those are the ones that take the longest to find, so it's rare to have more than 1 person queueing as support on your team unless you're actually queueing with them.
Yea, I was just pissed because, in the last game out of the five I played last night, I queued up with just Nick and got top instead of support. It was a pretty garbage game overall, with our Elise flaming people, but the person who got support instead of me fed with Tahm Kench. Not that I did well either, because the only thing I did, aside from die to an early gank from Nidalee, was establish a ~15 CS lead on Shen and force him to never leave top except to use Stand United, which I could not prevent. That made me a lot more annoyed than I'd usually be about getting top instead. I don't mind playing jungle and top as secondary roles sometimes (though jungle frustrates me sometimes), but when it gets to the point where I'm getting those more than my primary role I start to get kinda *****y.

oh boy, im glad you dont main anything else then... you'd be saying this every session you play in lmao. role selection is suffering
I already wasn't always getting support if I had jungle as my secondary, because, in high silver/low gold, no one wants jungle either.
No, that just means I still get jungle pretty frequently and also start getting ADC (which is pretty much the one role I don't want).

Support/top nearly always guarantees I get support except for once in a blue moon, support/jungle seems to get me jungle 40-50% of the time, and support/fill kept giving me ADC so I stopped doing that.
