first of all... nice guide love it. But i just wanted to know what do you think of the new Blade of the ruined king on vayne? I thought mybe vayne with BORK and fevor of battle is better than crit rush with warlords even with the warlords change to the charging proc etc.
All in all i just wanna ask you what do you think of vayne with BORK and fevor of battle instead of warlords because you get the lifesteal from BORK.

I changed the core build on the guide to a bork rush with fervor. You are correct, this build is really freaking good on Vayne right about now. Warlords is super weak on her at the moment in my opinion, just too inconsistent in lane. Bork rush has a better mid game, more lane sustain, better kiting, better tank killing, a better early game in exchange for a worse three item power spike, less burst, and slightly worse healing in team fights. The trade is worth it IMO, I'm just about done with a video on the new build so you can learn more if you sub to my YouTube, should be up in a day or two.

You are correct, the healing is reduced for ranged champions. However, without the healing from bloodlust, Vayne loses badly to all of the ADCs in the meta right now. Furthermore, once you get two or three items, your autos will heal you for 100-200 health per attack, which is worth a ton more than slightly more damage from your 2 alternative masteries. I have 400k mastery points on Vayne, trust me, I have tested all key stones and bloodlust is by far the best =)
Have to say though, great guide really helped me out. Especially the kiting part really came in handy. Keep up the good work, and I hope you will continue uppdating the guide so it will stay relevant :)

Yes, that was the old Vayne build back in season 4 or 5 when this guide was written. All sections relating to items have been updated but you'll still find some vestigial organs lying around and what not, that being one of the examples. I try my best to keep everything as up to date as possible and only recently finally cleaned up the build. Some time soon I'll see if I can replace all the Bork's with stattik shivs and what not, but to be entirely honest it's not a priority for me at the moment.

Patch 6.17 is already on and Vayne received some changes. Here it is if you don't know yet.

So what do you think about this buff? Do you think it will make Vayne slightly better? I would love your feedback.
Short version; it's complicated. Long version; To understand how this buff affects Vayne, we need to understand why Vayne needs a buff in the first place. Essentially, Vayne really struggles in this meta because she has no utility as a champion and simultaneously can't get close enough to team fights to deal her damage, thus leaving her rendered useless in a lot of situations. This left her badly outclassed by champions like jhin and Ashe who had equal damage to her, the ability to deal it from a distance, and significantly more utility. The utility is important because even if they did fall behind Vayne, they could still contribute in meaningfully ways to team fights. For example, ashe can still stun a fed enemy to win her team a fight, regardless of how ahead or behind she is. Vayne has no such ability to contribute, other than the one in a million miracle condemn.
That being said, I recently climbed to diamond a second time on a Vayne only account, so clearly she's not atrociously bad like Varus for example. Even without utility and range, Vayne is a potent duelist and, when played with decent mechanics, can mop the floor with any adc post level 9, even with a good lead.
Because of this, I believe that dueling is where this buff may make a significant impact to Vayne. A level 3 tumble now deals as much damage as a level 5 tumble, meaning that you hit your level 9 damage power spike at level 5 in terms of Q damage. This might make an enormous difference in the lane dynamic for Vayne. Furthermore, your level 7 and 9 power spikes are ludicrously stronger than they were in the past, meaning that

I want to emphasize that this hardly makes Vayne a strong pick in the current meta. As previously explained, she still struggles with team fighting due to a lack of range and will still have the "sit and do nothing" period while she waits for the CC/burst damage to be used by the enemies.
So, will this buff change everything? My guess is not. But, having a significantly better chance at wining level 5,6,7, and 9 2v2 and 1v1 skirmishes may allow for greater snowballing which, in theory, would allow her to get away with a lack of contribution to team fights due to an overall increase to DPS that might equate to more meta picks like jinx or lucian who can simply dps more from a farther range without risking death.
