Posting here because I don'twant to make a new thread. Does anyone jog/run on a daily basis? I've been considering including running ~4-5 times a week to my workout regimen. Problem is I don't know how long is the ideal amount of time spent per run. Internet is full of advices but they all say different numbers. Atm I'm opting for a 150 minutes of jogging a week (30 minutes a run for 5 days) but I dunno if that's ideal.
Anyone more knowledgeable on this?

"A person giving you advice isn't perfect and has their own shortcomings but they may give you the piece that you're missing."
If you couldn't find any specific numbers on Google then I doubt anyone here's advice is going to be any more valid.
I would just do whatever feels right. Run enough that it's a challenge but don't over-do it so you can repeat it again the next day. Increase the speed/time when it starts getting too easy.

If you've never jogged/run before, start with fast-paced walking and try to keep up the pace for like 30 minutes. Then you increase the pace/time. I go for a 45 min run every day because I have dogs but that took me like 3 years because I am a fat *** =^)
