It's really upsetting that riot buffs AD ezreal instead of buffing what he should be; a caster. He has the skillset of a caster but instead they made him a boring mindless Q spamming autoattacker :(

I don't have any mana/5 runes yet. I've been told that a full set fixes all of AD Ezreal's mana issues so I'm working on it. Until then though, I'm running into mana issues if I try to harass in my lane. What's the least painless fix to this? Clarity? A dip in the utility tree (I'm level 23 and all points into Offense atm) for Meditation? Maki Pendant as my first item? Manamune? Something else?
