The build doesn't function in the modern era of League of Legends unless you are thirty kills ahead in low elo. Lacks a lot of survivability and damage, even.

Almost none of his builds work except when you are like below Silver. Can't decide wether or not he is serious with these guides or if he is just trying get as much clickbait out of it as possible like in his YT Vids. Literally the quote "60% winrate in Challenger" while he hasn't been playing in anything but low Diamond should say enough.

You are just bad if u truly think this build only works in silver xddd. i got to diamond playing this build and some other lethality variations using duskblade instead of eclipse and the carry potential is insane. not baloris fault that u are a bad carry with wukong so u have to come here to spread hate on him.

Update please and conq is way better atm. You literally cant burst a midlaner down with eclipse etc. You need one of the newer lethality items to be deadly towards anyone.

I’ve found this build to be very effective - in the mid lane - won 13 games out of 19 played and didn’t lose lane once. Top was more of a stretch though... I feel like electrocute falls off a bit late game and as top you can’t really effect that much change around the map. I find that conqueror lethality wukong works better up top (it’s even better than pta b/c how fast wukong can stack it). Also, conq is a must into Akali.

PTA will let you do more damage but the only problem is going to the "time" that you need to activate it, Conqueror is not something I am fan with, cause there are lots better options, BUT, it's an option as well (not ideal)!
My personal favorite will always going to be the cause of the damage that we can apply really quick, but as you said the 20 sec CD of the rune is going to limit you a little bit in late game and that's why will be the strongest for a full late game, cause you will do burst dmg plus the 12% bonus damage that together with coup de grace will go up to 20% and let you DELETE literally any target 💙

Usually I don't comment a post but this time is different. I need to thank your for your time writing the guide for players like me or someone else who whant to play a champion (in this case Wukong) and don't know how to. In my case I considering myself a Wukong main because I played him since his launch a few year ago and still love to play with him. The problem is that the curret meta in top (the tank meta + reworked champs) get over all AD champions and with Wu there was no exception so I dropped him apart a long time ago until I found your guide. To be honest I always build him off-tank (two or three offensive items then go armor/mr) but sometimes I get complicated against some champs (ex.: Darius, Cho, Riven, Pantheon, Garen,etc..) and depends on my skills/playstyle or luck; Then I find your guide and decided to give it a chance and let me say it: you are right. This is not only a offensive build based on armor penetration, is powerfull build on a champ who's a powerhouse. I playing with this style since I saw your guide and get excellent results with it (even fighting counters or every tank in the game, with this build in good hands you could be unstoppable playing propery) so I wanted to thank you for bring my favourite and beloved champion again in my arsenal, Im really happy. Maybe I could give you some screens of my matches so you could upload for the post, what do you say? I hope you like the idea so we could make this guid more OP hahaha. :P

Glad to hear that you like my build, after creating it lots of wukong was flamming, curse me, saying i was useless and tons of staff like these :)
What i asked every wukong main was to give this build a try, cause if ME a new wukong player can do this much with this champion by only using the power of my build, i cant even imagine what a main wukong can do.
I created this build after playing my "Game with Fans" series, i like to play with Full Penetration's Builds, either armor or magic. I will create the new meta of the builds and just be sure about this.
You can buy easily AD, you can buy Easily Attack speed, armor, magic resist etc, but you cant buy Penetration that easily. This is what League of legends players should think before creating their Rune pages.
The only way to improve yourself is to do experiments with new things, out of "Meta" and be able to overcome your weaknesses, even if the weaknesses are that you cant play the champions at all :D

This guide will always be updated, so you dont need to worry about this. If you want all of you to send me screenshots of your matches to put it at my Guide as "Result from Players" feel free to do it, i wont have any problem at all.
