The build doesn't function in the modern era of League of Legends unless you are thirty kills ahead in low elo. Lacks a lot of survivability and damage, even.

Almost none of his builds work except when you are like below Silver. Can't decide wether or not he is serious with these guides or if he is just trying get as much clickbait out of it as possible like in his YT Vids. Literally the quote "60% winrate in Challenger" while he hasn't been playing in anything but low Diamond should say enough.

You are just bad if u truly think this build only works in silver xddd. i got to diamond playing this build and some other lethality variations using duskblade instead of eclipse and the carry potential is insane. not baloris fault that u are a bad carry with wukong so u have to come here to spread hate on him.

Update please and conq is way better atm. You literally cant burst a midlaner down with eclipse etc. You need one of the newer lethality items to be deadly towards anyone.

I’ve found this build to be very effective - in the mid lane - won 13 games out of 19 played and didn’t lose lane once. Top was more of a stretch though... I feel like electrocute falls off a bit late game and as top you can’t really effect that much change around the map. I find that conqueror lethality wukong works better up top (it’s even better than pta b/c how fast wukong can stack it). Also, conq is a must into Akali.

PTA will let you do more damage but the only problem is going to the "time" that you need to activate it, Conqueror is not something I am fan with, cause there are lots better options, BUT, it's an option as well (not ideal)!
My personal favorite will always going to be the cause of the damage that we can apply really quick, but as you said the 20 sec CD of the rune is going to limit you a little bit in late game and that's why will be the strongest for a full late game, cause you will do burst dmg plus the 12% bonus damage that together with coup de grace will go up to 20% and let you DELETE literally any target 💙

I am explaining everything you need to know in "Secret Behind Runes" read it and find out 💙 From now on will be our only and most OP options to play with, especially with that need to have his Q-W-E all the time to keep Dealing-dodging damage!

I'm not sure of this guide before the recent 6.22 preseason / assassin (items) rework, but here are my thoughts.

This guide is pretty promising; I myself like building armor penetration on AD assassin casters like Wukong as well. I tried this build earlier today and did somewhat well (though I was against Lulu top).

Some misc. tips:
1. Like stated above, I don't know the state of this guide before the rework, but with the lethality update to armor penetration, it is very weak early game. Back then you could get 22 armor penetration early game (precision + 19.2 armor pen runes). At 33 lethality (24 + ~9), you'd be at 14.3 effective armor pen, which is not as good as the 22 you once were able to get. I've looked at some Wukong mains on Reddit and they are quick to stop the Youmuu's rush early game. But perhaps with the sheer amount of lethality we are buying it counteracts that.

2. Just double checking if you already knew, but Lord Dominik's Regards / Mortal Reminder (the Last Whisper upgrades) only work on the principle of Bonus Armor Penetration, not Armor Penetration. Whereas this assassin update is focused on...well...assassinating squishy targets, the advent of the Last Whisper set of items is more on tank shredding and thus is not super effective on squishies considering full AD Wukong will not really proc the Giant Slayer unless against tanks (though Mortal Reminder might be of merit). I'd put the Last Whisper upgrade items as situational at best. On a squishy whom we assume takes 9 armor seals, the 45% armor penetration would be 4.95 flat armor pen (or 4.95 lethality on a level 18 enemy).

3. Aside from Bonus Armor Penetration being different from Armor Penetration, it is important to note that percent penetrations (as well as a lot of other percent ratios) in League of Legends tend to be calculated multiplicatively (with the exception of some stats like percent movement speed and 'Heal and Shield Power' as a singular stat), so even if Lord Dominik's Regards and Mortal Reminder worked on the basis of just Armor Penetration and not Bonus Armor Penetration, the final value of Wukong's Crushing Blow, Black Cleaver, and a Last Whisper upgrade would be 73.05% armor penetration (0.7 * 0.7 * 0.55), not some value at/over 100%. Suffice to say, a fully stacked Black Cleaver + Wukong's Q + all that juicy lethality is likely much more than enough to inflict true, pure damage on a squishy (assuming lethality breaks even or scales more).

4. I'm not sure if I agree with your stance on Teleport as a top lane summoner spell. Though I don't really have much to argue for considering it is much more personal preference and considering Wukong has some early game cheese potential, I suppose it goes either way.

All in all, this guide is a good fresh breeze away from the typical AD builds I see; it puts a nice spin on one of my favourite champions. Great work. You have my vote.

1. Its ok that at lvl 1 we dont have so much Armor pen, either way this build is focused for late game and not Early! Its just too strong Late that even at early its the strongest!
We starting with 33 lethality, which means 14.3 Level 1 armor pen. And we gaining 0.033% More Lethality each level of our enemy! With the new lethality items we have 15+ from Duskblade and 15+ from Edge of night this means 63 Lethality early in the game if you do the math at 10 lvl of our enemy you will see that we will have 45 Armor pen. With the same items we would have ~24 armor pen from runes-masteries, 10 from duskblade and 20 from youmous that now its replaced with Edge of Night this means 54, we losing 9 Armor Penetration when we are at 10 lvl, but we gaining +9 at lvl 18. So for our build is MORE THAN WORTH.

2. Yeah its bonus armor penetration but it doesnt matter, no matter what the enemy team is they wont be with their seals armor only, they will build armor items cause if they dont they will DIE from you again and again. No top laner till now build his regular item build vs my wukong, they all west FULL ARMOR, not much of a choice to tell you the truth cause with our armor penetration we will destroy him! So it doesnt matter we will always get 4th item last whisper. And we will finish it up at later.

3. Our armor reduction is 30% from Q and 30% From black cleaver. So there is no champion that will have enough armor vs us. No matter HOW MUCH armor they will buy they will still need more. Cause both Q and Black cleaver reducing the TOTAL armor!

4. I already explained my Ignite choice. Also some times im playing with exhaust. Tp is useless with my gamestyle. What i want is to dominate my lane and then go for objectives. I cant do that with TP.
