Are the items guess work based on crit chance, or did you sim it?

i tried using imgur but it shows you the video is from imgur..where as yours shows in a nice simple video format as if it were part of the website...ty in advance
I've got a question though:
I'm a low elo player and typically people I play with/against don't understand the way minions work (myself included) so when I push, my opponent does not simply back off. It turns into a slugfest where whe're about even in odds of winning (so whoever has the better champ match-up wins). How am I supposed to deal with that? Should I turn around and play more passive? (but that would mean surrendering the lane?)
If you have the better matchup you can take the trade and force them to back off as they lose; then you can push. If you have the worse matchup you're the one that should back off before even taking the trade; if they keep walking forwards to the point that they're too far overextended into your minion wave, you can usually take the trade and win, especially if their support isn't in position to back them up.
