The build doesn't function in the modern era of League of Legends unless you are thirty kills ahead in low elo. Lacks a lot of survivability and damage, even.

Almost none of his builds work except when you are like below Silver. Can't decide wether or not he is serious with these guides or if he is just trying get as much clickbait out of it as possible like in his YT Vids. Literally the quote "60% winrate in Challenger" while he hasn't been playing in anything but low Diamond should say enough.

You are just bad if u truly think this build only works in silver xddd. i got to diamond playing this build and some other lethality variations using duskblade instead of eclipse and the carry potential is insane. not baloris fault that u are a bad carry with wukong so u have to come here to spread hate on him.

Update please and conq is way better atm. You literally cant burst a midlaner down with eclipse etc. You need one of the newer lethality items to be deadly towards anyone.

I’ve found this build to be very effective - in the mid lane - won 13 games out of 19 played and didn’t lose lane once. Top was more of a stretch though... I feel like electrocute falls off a bit late game and as top you can’t really effect that much change around the map. I find that conqueror lethality wukong works better up top (it’s even better than pta b/c how fast wukong can stack it). Also, conq is a must into Akali.

PTA will let you do more damage but the only problem is going to the "time" that you need to activate it, Conqueror is not something I am fan with, cause there are lots better options, BUT, it's an option as well (not ideal)!
My personal favorite will always going to be the cause of the damage that we can apply really quick, but as you said the 20 sec CD of the rune is going to limit you a little bit in late game and that's why will be the strongest for a full late game, cause you will do burst dmg plus the 12% bonus damage that together with coup de grace will go up to 20% and let you DELETE literally any target 💙

Before your build i like Wu (in jungle), but now it's my favorite champ (on top)!
I have some questions about matchups:
1) Pantheon - 7/10 times vs Panth I lose lane. I hate his passive and Q, how I can counter it? More agrresive moves or maybe farm only and play in teamfights?
2) Trynd - I can't play agressive vs his slow + crits. Passive farm and wait jungle/teamfights - its all what I can
3) Garen - he can trade better, for every my Q he can do Q + E without losing mana. I can do something with Garen only if I buy Corrupting potion instead Doran blade (more sustane for me + less sustane for Garen passive).

another question: I don't want to play Wu in jungle now, but I don't know who can replace Wu for me. Jump, Burst, AOE damade/CC, juke potential... Who can do all this? Fizz maybe? Can you advice for me?

1,2 and 3 all these are counter match ups to any wukong builds. As you said, you will need to play safe and with full focus. If you survive early you will be FAR stronger late, cause this build focusing on just that, to be the STRONGEST at MID-LATE game!
