PS: I know Diana has a huge burst and everything but doesn't ignite fit better in early when it's just helpful to take a first blood or just taking kills easier?
Ignite is great vs. melee laners as Diana has great kill pressure with her w. However, most ranged mids won't be in w range and thus are much harder to kill (and also poke you much harder). TP is good for lane sustain and, since your goal later on is to split with ROA and Nashors, will be good for split-pushing. Plus, I find that, with ROA Nashors, Diana has enough sustained damage that ignite isn't really necessary to secure kills.
