Kled is pretty easy and his W is a straight up passive, though he does require mobility and 2 uses of his E, I'm guessing you wouldn't be able to use skillshots or abilities which his Q (skillshot) and R is a targeted ability with a lot of range, not entirely sure if you could but I've been having a lot of fun with Kled and he checks the boxes of having a passive as an ability and being a meelee champion, if he hits the free rotation at somepoint I suggest having a go with him at least, though off the top of my head I can't really think of another character that would fulfill what you want (out of the ones I've played at least).
Noob Zilean, Rammus and Kled trio main that loves to cause mischeif, mostly plays mid, top or support (practising Jungle). Also play Veigar, Vel'Koz, Thresh, Amumu, Fizz and Tahm Kench. I also dabble in random heroes that hit the free rotation that pique my interest.

I'm disabled gamer playing without mouse and keyboard. I'm trying to show people that it is possible to play games, have fun and be competitive even if you can't use mouse and keyboard. I play using speciality SmartNav hardware, three buttons and voice control software Spikit. It is not easy to play like that but I have mastered it enough to make a penta with Warwick :-) I have hope it is not against forum rules to share this video here.
Also I would like to ask for advice. I main Warwick not only because it is so enjoyable to play but also his skills are easy to use with voice control. His W is half passive and don't have to be activated in middle of fight and R usually is triggered before clash. So I want to ask which other champions (best if it is melee champion) have at least one passive skill? I play also Master Yi and Sona).
