im level 16 and cant use inspired runes why not??

They are locked for some levels you need to fully level up to use all runes.

okay, just a quick comment, but why aery? Aery might be decent early with the q, but by late game, whenever an enemy hits a shroom, aery reveals your location even when you are stealthed, something that is really bad. Also, whenever a shroom proccs aery, you can't use it again for a considerable amount of time, depending on how far away the enemy was from your location, something that could span an entire map. If you want a rune from the sorcery tree, comet would be good for the damage, or phase for the burst of speed, or you could try my rune set which is slightly different from yours

I go glacial augment, stopwatch, boots and approaching velocity

Sorcery, Celerity and manaflow band.

Yes i understand why you would go for ultimate hat, but with how much mana your ulti takes out of you, if you go for nashors and morellos, you will hit a 40% cdr, and will be able to keep your mana decently high. If you still want ultimate hat, you can swap manaflow band for ulti hat if you want, but what do you think of that build? Thats my Main teemo build, and i mostly play him as ap teemo whilst rushing nashors and liandrys. Rylais slow also stacks on glacial, so you can get that later on if needed, but only if you are split pushing a lot, but i would first recommend a void staff, and luden's echo

this build was better than i thought! when i saw thnderlords i thought to myself that death fire touch would be much better dmg over time but when i played at first it was hard against the dumb combo panth but later it was so awesome that i could one shot ppl ( not panth tho ) but the thunder lords proc was just on point !

hey, i love your guide and have been using it for the past few months and not have teemo mastery 5, do you have any tips for getting to mastery 6 & 7?

Garen can still catch up to you if he has his Q activated, so you need to blind him so he misses, also the same issue with Darius, he can just use his E if he gets close enough, and pulls you right to him.

Boots don't help that much avoiding them unless you have blind.

I still gonna say u are able to dodge Darius E if u keep poke distance and focus what is Darius next move. Also you can activate your W for more movementspeed if garen start follow you. And yes you are right, if you know Garen gonna get you blind him and just try to get safe. Mushrooms are great to slow them down. Remember when playing Teemo you need to know your enemy next move before he knows yours! GL with Teemoing ;)
