Pick Exhaust.
Play pretty aggressive early, 1-4 and focus on dodging Q's.
If you dodge his Q, his damage is more or less non-existant early.
After level 6, play very passive and save exhaust for when he ultis you.
If you're at 60ish % HP, play very passively. Since he can easily instagibb you from that.
Build Rod of Ages into Zhonyas into Lich Bane.
Rushing Zhonyas will only negate his ulti, but will overall keep you very squishy.
You won't be spending much time on lane after 6 anyways, besides from waveclearing.
Talon:
Exhaust works, ignite works, ghost works, heal works.
Buy boots first item and focus on not getting hit twice by his W early game, that will most likely one shot you. If Talon jumps you but does not proc his 3 stacks, you can easily chase him down and punish him and dish out some damage.
The only thing you have to think about pre-6 is not to get hit by Rake two times.
After 6, play passively and don't spend much time on lane. And only waveclear, don't overstay, since he can proc three stacks on you without even casting W.
Build Rod of Ages and then decide if you want more defense, build Zhonyas else Lich Bane.
Talon won't be much of a problem late game as you will be backline and if he tries to jump in, you can stun him.
No complains only compliments. Just one question doesn't the magic pen boots scale better with tf?
But generally you wanna go defensive boots, Lucidity or Swiftness
It definitely works, but is not the better alternative.
The only time I build Ludens is if I'm playing some weird one shot build or movespeed troll build. Never as a item to have in mind normally.
And Twisted Fate does not need any more wave clear, since with a red card and wild cards, you can more or less shove waves all game long.
Farming is smooth if you know how to kite.
Keep up the good work.
Cheers
